Watermelon Granita Recipe

Watermelon Granita

Serving Size: 4


  • 4 Lindy’s Watermelon Cups
  • 2 juiced limes
  • 1 cup of finely crushed ice


  1. Allow Watermelon Lindy's to soften or microwave for 20 seconds to thaw.
  2. Pour into a cake pan and use a fork to break up larger pieces.
  3. Add ice and lime juice. Mix well.
  4. Place pan in freezer, uncovered, for an hour or until hardened.
  5. Once frozen, stir the granita mix with a fork until you get a slushy consistency. You may need to mix and then put back in freezer. Repeat process until it reaches the right consistency.
  6. Serve right away and enjoy!

  1. Love your ices so much. Made a mistake and bought Luigi’s which is sherbet, not Italian ice. My stop and shop didn’t have yours in stock. Will try Walmart. Grew up in Brooklyn and summer wouldn’t have been summer without Italian ices.
